January 2020 - Kicking off a new year!
As a new year begins, we look ahead to everything happening with LSTV in 2020.
This January we've been working hard filming our entries for the 2020 NaSTA awards. Entering across all 20 categories, we've been putting together a wide range of content and we're so excited to show them off soon...
As February approaches so does the NaSTA edit week where we'll be hunkering down in the Media School basement to get them done. This also means a return f our infamous series 'The Edit Suite Life'.
Alongside NaSTA we've gotten up to a lot this January. Alongside The Gryphon, we sat down with Sir Keir Starmer to talk about his Labour leadership bid and much more. Look out for the full interview coming on Monday.
We also headed down to Meanwood Valley Urban Farm to meet some of the friendly animals there and find out a bit more about how students can volunteer with farming.
'Society Swap' and 'Spilling the Tea' returned this month. We tried our hand at Pool and Snooker in a new episode of 'Society Swap', and celebrated Christmas slightly late in 'Spilling the Tea'. We've also filmed an episode with LUU Volleyball society, which will be coming soon to our social pages.
