ROLE MODEL NO PLACES LIKE TOUR(THE LONGEST GOODBYE): Who will be his ‘Sally’ on Saturday Night ?

It's official, the leaves have started to fall and the days are long! 

It’s just a matter of days now until Tucker Pillsbury, better known as Role Model, will be performing at the O2 Academy in Leeds as part of the second leg of his “No Places Like Tour (The Longest Goodbye)”. The fast-rising star released his acclaimed album, “Kansas Anymore”, in 2024, and an extended version of the album, “Kansas Anymore (The Longest Goodbye)”, in 2025, which featured four bonus tracks. 

The album has been a huge success with Role Model being praised and embraced by fans for the vulnerability of his lyrics which make references to grieving a past relationship. The tour has sold over 90,000 tickets across the globe, and at the centre of every performance, 

the question of who will be the next “Sally’’ to appear on stage remains as prominent as ever. 

The concept of “Sally” refers to Role Model’s hit song,“Sally When The Wine Runs Out” which is featured on “Kansas Anymore (The Longest Goodbye)” and is his most streamed song on Spotify with over 144 million listens! 

During his performance of the song, Role Model brings out a ‘Sally’ to join him on stage. Previously fans would be brought onto the stage, however major celebrities such as Kate Hudson, Natalie Portman, and Hilary Duff have recently made appearances as ‘Sally’ during performances. 

The question fans are pondering on however, who will be his ‘Sally’ on Saturday night? 

Tucker’s UK tour kicked off on Monday 3rd November in London at Eventim Apollo, where saw the singer-songwriter from Glasgow, Lewis Capaldi as ‘Sally’ which came as a huge shock to fans and became viral on social media platforms, in particular TikTok. 

London Night Two saw the former One-Direction member and Irish singer-songwriter, Niall Horan, unsurprisingly causing an explosive reaction from fans and again attracting lots of attention TikTok. 

The Leeds show will mark the last day of the UK dates as Role Model will move onto the rest of Europe, performing next in Tilburg in the Netherlands on Monday 10th November. 

Speculation amongst fans for Saturday’s ‘Sally’ is currently trending on TikTok with predictions including social media stars such as Isaac Smith, better known as Italian Batch, and Amelia Dimoldenberg, as well as fellow musicians such as Sam Fender and Declan McKenna. 

So, who will be our next Sally? Although we don’t know just yet, something tells me that we will find out Something, Somehow, Someday ... ‘Someday’ being on Saturday of course!
